This hotel is an excellent choice for those traveling by train, as it is very close to the station. the panoramic restaurant boasts stunning views of the mountains, and there are plenty of stores nearby for convenience. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful bathrooms featuring bidets. the staff provides friendly and attentive service, and the breakfast is a highlight with fresh local produce and international options. the hotel offers a combination lock safe in each room, which can provide peace of mind for travelers.
There were occasional issues with the shower water temperature, which could go from hot to cold without warning.

Spent this year's xmas at a hotel where we found amazing room service. the staff was friendly, warm, and attentive. We also enjoyed the stunning views of the Atlas mountains and the delicious food served at the rooftop cafe. the secure underground parking made things so much easier for us, and the location of the hotel was just perfect, allowing us to easily visit local attractions.

The room was spacious and well-organized, with modern furniture. The underground parking was a lifesaver, especially during New Year’s Eve. The hotel’s location made it easy to access the main square and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a decent selection of food.
The staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. Our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, and we had to call the front desk several times to remind them.

The room sizes were customizable, comfortable beds. Secure underground parking. Responsive staff, especially Kawthar. Fixed previous water and WiFi issues. Best value for money. Excellent hotel. Would visit again.
Nothing for me.

This place is a hidden gem! The location is perfect, being close to the train station and offering stunning views of the mountains from the panoramic restaurant. The room was well organized and I loved the comfortable bed sizes. The hotel provides a range of amenities including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. I was impressed with the in-room facilities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The terrace was a nice addition and the in-room safe gave a sense of security. I also appreciated the dining table and the fact that they offer free toiletries, electric blankets, and a flat-screen TV.
I highly recommend this hotel to all my family.
